Where can I obtain my divorce record in order to get a Real ID?
If you divorced in Tennessee in 1969 or before, we'll have the record on file at the Library & Archives. Call 615-741-2764 during opening hours and we'll confirm the divorce on our index; you can generally order the record over the phone.
If you divorced in 1970 or later, you'll need to contact the Office of Vital Records (615-741-1763).
