Where can I obtain my marriage record in order to get a Real ID?
If your marriage was in Tennessee in 1969 or prior, we will have it for you here at the Library & Archives. Call 615-741-2764 during opening hours and we'll confirm the record on our index; you can usually order the record over the phone.
If your marriage was in 1970 or later, you'll need to contact the Office of Vital Records (615-741-1763).
